Wow, its been a long time since I have updated…

I came home the other day, and found out that one of our family friends needed some internet help. They own a business and wanted to start selling items online. So, I am currently working on getting that set up. Its a good feeling to be able to work on a website that has over 90,000 website visitors per month. It will be awesome when it is all done.

Also, things have finally been slowing down at work. My huge project has finally been delivered, and another one is scheduled to be delivered on Tuesday.

On Saturday, I went to look at a condo. Price was really low, but it was a repossession or a foreclosure. See some issues behind the cut. I dont think that one is for me. I am working with my realtor and my morgage company so that I can find that special place. Already locked in a 5.375% mortgage interest rate. One of the best rates that I have ever seen. I am keeping my eye out, and will post the finalists here
